We have accreditation in various profiling testing tools used to assess candidates’ emotional intelligence and role match. Behavioural testing is optional and is invoiced separately.
We guarantee all permanent appointments, where the normal fee structure for that service is applied, for 6 months from the date of commencement. This means that if you are not satisfied with the placement and we are notified in writing within the guarantee period, we will endeavour to find a replacement candidate for that position free of charge (if the profile changes, it will be considered a new assignment).
