Frequently asked questions

Are behavioral assessments and profiling used in the recruitment process?

We have accreditation in various profiling testing tools used to assess candidates’ emotional intelligence and role match. Behavioural testing is optional and is invoiced separately.

What does a good recruitment process look like?

Assignment brief and review of position description;
Define target websites and networks to search for candidates;
Conduct first phone and face-to-face interviews and due diligence with shortlisted candidates;
Provide you with a shortlist of the best candidates interviewed for your review;
Schedule the interviews in the second round for the shortlisted candidates and yourself;
Attend those interviews as and if required by you;
Reference checking for candidates you intend to make an offer of employment to;
Present offer of employment to selected candidate and assist in negotiations as required; and
Post-placement follow-up with successful candidate.

Is there a replacement guarantee period?

We guarantee all permanent appointments, where the normal fee structure for that service is applied, for 6 months from the date of commencement. This means that if you are not satisfied with the placement and we are notified in writing within the guarantee period, we will endeavour to find a replacement candidate for that position free of charge (if the profile changes, it will be considered a new assignment).
